2.0 Rajinikanth – Akshay Kumar’s Sci Fi Film Earns Rs 500 Crore Worldwide – Read Karan Johar’s Tweet

Superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar's 2.0 broke several records upon its release.

The makers are happy with the Hindi version's business and in Tamil Nadu too, the film is drawing a good number of audiences in weekdays (though TN figures are yet to be made official).

The S Shankar directorial has touched the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide within seven days of its release.

Note: Following are the collection of Hindi version only. The Hindi version was the first of its kind to make over Rs 100 crore at the box office. Rajinikanth has a double role in the film of Dr Vaseegaran and the robot Chitti, who were seen in the 2010 film Enthiran (Robot in Hindi).
