Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton Together For Holidays

Netizens Guess Reasons Behind Harry and William' Wives' Alleged Feud

So it's perhaps no surprise that Harry's new wife, Meghan Markle, met with former American first lady Michelle Obama while she was in London for her book tour on Monday.

However, USA Today reports, Duchess Kate appeared to be genuinely enthusiastic about her sister-in-law and her pregnancy last week during a walkabout with Prince William at the University of Leicester in central England.

However, despite the apparent "royal rift", it seems relations can't be too frosty between the Fab Four as they will be spending Christmas together at Anmer Hall.

In the past William and Kate have spent some Christmases with the duchess' parents Michael and Carole Middleton at their Berkshire home.

As artificial snow fell around them the two me exchanged snowballs and Kate even found herself the target of a playful attack.

The Cambridges will be joining the rest of the Royal Family at Sandringham at Christmas.

Kensington Palace has issued a very rare statement to clarify what's really going between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.

On Tuesday, the couple hosted a party at Kensington Palace for the children of military personnel from RAF Marham in Norfolk and RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.

There have been allegations of a dispute over who reprimands staff, as well as tensions during Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress fitting.

William is Honorary Air Commandant of RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire, according to Kensington Palace. This is said to have "escalated rapidly after Meghan complained to Harry that she had been "told off". "Not only are we grateful for you coming here to join our party, but also for the sacrifices you make on a daily basis on behalf of the nation", she said.

"Meghan's hinted numerous times that "double trouble" lies ahead", the alleged insider said, adding that Markle has been "spotted affectionately putting her hand on her stomach and saying she can't wait to meet 'them'".

One thing is for sure: all eyes will be trained on Meghan and Kate during this walk to see how they are interacting.
